Current Job Opportunities: 

Inventory Coordinator - Full Time (Mon-Fri)

The Inventory Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of Marlow's inventory and warehouse functions. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, managing inventory movements, coordinating incoming and outgoing deliveries, and supporting both our retail stores and online business. 

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

  • Receive, process and manage all incoming deliveries
  • Maintain accurate inventory numbers within Cin7 Omni and Shopify
  • Enter and maintain product information including landed costs, RRPs and style codes
  • Monitor stock levels across the warehouse and retail stores
  • Coordinate stock transfers and replenishment between all locations
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Complete regular stock counts and assist with company stocktakes
  • Produce inventory reports and provide insights on stock levels, best sellers and performance 

Warehouse Operations

  • Maintain an organised, clean and efficient warehouse
  • Coordinate all incoming and outgoing freight
  • Manage courier bookings and shipping documentation
  • Conduct quality control checks on incoming deliveries
  • Manage faulty stock, repairs and seconds
  • Process returns and exchanges from stores and customers
  • Assist in planning and running warehouse sale events
  • Ensure all warehouse procedures are followed consistently 

Online Customer Service

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email
  • Process refunds and returns through Shopify
  • Manage customer pre-orders / post purchase support
  • Monitor and action out of stock notifications 
  • Ensure products are live online with accurate inventory and product information
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across all customer touchpoints 

Operations Support

  • Respond to inventory enquiries from retail stores
  • Provide stock feedback and inventory recommendations to management
  • Participate in weekly team meetings
  • Support operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist across the business where required as part of a collaborative head office team 

Skills and Experience

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and enjoys working in a fast paced retail environment.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous inventory, operations or warehouse experience
  • Experience using inventory management systems (Cin7 Omni experience would be beneficial).
  • Shopify experience is advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence working with numbers and inventory reporting
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel

Ponsonby Store Manager - Full Time (Tues-Sat)

 

Marlow is looking for a Boutique Store Manager to lead our Ponsonby store as we renovate into a beautiful new luxury retail space.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader who loves premium customer experience, team development, styling, and store performance. If you are passionate about fashion, wellness, and building a high-performing team, we would love to hear from you.

About the role

This is a full-time leadership role based in Ponsonby, working Tuesday to Saturday, approximately 37 to 38 hours per week.

As Boutique Store Manager, you will lead the day-to-day success of the store, creating an exceptional customer experience while driving sales, team performance, and operational excellence. You will work closely with the Directors and Retail Training Manager and play a key role in the continued growth of the Marlow brand.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional service and results
  • Build a positive, high-performing team culture
  • Support training, development, and ongoing performance growth
  • Lead by example in all areas of customer service, presentation, and professionalism

Sales and Customer Experience

  • Deliver an elevated in-store experience that reflects the Marlow brand
  • Build strong relationships with customers through styling, wardrobe appointments, and VIP engagement
  • Act as a passionate brand ambassador in every customer interaction

Operations and Commercial Performance

  • Oversee rostering, with planning and sign-off in partnership with Directors
  • Support store operations including banking, wages, and daily administration
  • Manage stock, stocktake, and inventory processes
  • Work confidently with POS and inventory systems
  • Support e-commerce and online customer service activity
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards across the store

Brand and Community

  • Support in-store events, new brand launches, and VIP evenings
  • Contribute to social media content creation that reflects the Marlow brand and community

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a store management role
  • Strong customer service and sales leadership capability
  • Experience managing KPIs, store operations, stock, and rostering
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a retail team
  • Excellent communication skills with both customers and team members
  • Confidence using inventory management and POS systems
  • A genuine passion for fashion, styling, and premium customer experience
  • Flexibility to support the needs of the business
  • Commitment to building a long-term career with the brand
