DISPATCH TIMES

Once your order has been placed, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible during our standard business hours of 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Once you have placed your order with us, you will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you. This email will include your tracking information.

Please note we do not ship to PO boxes

 

Any item that is redirected or delayed due to an incorrect address or lack of instructions may alter the delivery timeframe. Any extra charge is at the customer's cost.

 

Delivery timeframes are just an indication, we will not be held accountable for longer delivery times. Cancellations will not be accepted due to a delivery being late.

 

We will provide a copy of your receipt via email and a hard copy will also be sent with your order. It is important that you hold onto a copy of your receipt should you wish to return your purchase.

 

Marlow ships throughout New Zealand using NZ couriers and via DHL Express for all international orders.

 

International Duties and Import Taxes

 

All applicable duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination. This means there should be no unexpected charges upon delivery for most orders.

 

Australia (AU):
For orders shipped to Australia, any applicable duties are calculated and collected at checkout in line with Australian import regulations. This helps ensure a smooth delivery process without additional fees on arrival.

 

International Orders:
For all other countries, duties, taxes, and import fees vary depending on your local customs regulations. These charges are calculated at checkout where possible, based on the destination country and order value.

 

Please note that final charges may differ slightly depending on how your country’s customs authority assesses the shipment. Any additional fees imposed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
