Tell us a little bit about yourself and what you do?
My name is Kelly MacDonald, I am a former rhythmic gymnast for New Zealand, an award winning Personal Trainer, the creator of Les Mills Stretch (a program on the Les Mills Platform) and launching my own subscription based website on 19.03.22
What type of courses and classes do you offer?
I personally offer Stretching, Pilates and Rehabilitative classes on my website. Through my personal training I offer my clients the courses they need, I specialise in posture correction, structural balance and rehabilitation, everybody's body is different, I help my clients so they can manage life optimally.
What are 3 health and wellness tips you swear by?
Sleep (7+ hours) , Supplements (BePure) and Infrared Saunas (Hana)
What is something that most people don't know about you?
I have represented New Zealand in 22 different countries since I was 12 years old and I have 2 Kittens

What advice would you give to someone starting their fitness journey?
Do not compare yourself to anyone else, it's you vs you always, set some smart goals and always be kind to yourself
What do you look for in activewear?
Comfort, simplicity and style.
What attracted you to the Marlow brand and why?
Marlow's colour palette and their comfortable & unique garments. I was in Ponsonby shooting some stills for my website and needed some plain black shorts, I drove past the store, saw the colours and had to stop by. I ended up buying far more than just your black shorts and have been living in Marlow since. The neutral earthy tones and the garment's ease of transition between gym and street is what had me hooked.
