Marlow's Black Friday Sale begins on 24th November 2024. Please note, the sale price applies only to new purchases and is not available on previously purchased items. We are unable to offer reimbursements for earlier purchases or if items are further discounted during the sale.
Items within our Black Friday Sale will be part of our '30% off selected styles' or 'Outlet'
'30% off selected styles' are eligible for exchanges or credit notes only - no refunds.
'Outlet or Final Sale' items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or credit notes unless deemed faulty. Please choose with care to avoid disappointment.
Please note, discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with sale items. You can still use gift cards and store credits during this time.

WHAT CURRENCY WILL MY MARLOW PURCHASE BE IN ?
All prices are displayed and charged in NZ$ (New Zealand dollars)
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple pay, Google Pay and Paypal. We also accept payment via Marlow gift cards.
DOES MARLOW SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we do! We are proud to ship to most international destinations with our preferred provider DHL. The shipping costs can be found on our shipping page that can be found HERE.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES ON MY ORDER?
If you live in New Zealand then no you will not be charged any duties or taxes. However if you live outside NZ, you may be required to pay duties and taxes on your order. This will be determined and applied by your local customs. Any additional duties, foreign taxes or other fees must be paid by the customer. Please get in touch with your local customs office for information regarding duties and taxes. Marlow will not be responsible for any duties or taxes
HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?
Please refer to our size guide page and individual style information as styles may vary according to fit and fabrication.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY MARLOW PRODUCTS?
Please note: individual garment care instructions can be found on every garment.
We have prepared a fabric specific guide that can be found HERE. This should help you to get the maximum life out of your Marlow purchase.
THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT OR OUT OF STOCK, WHAT SHOULD I DO ?
If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please enter your email in the out of stock notification form when the product is unavailable, you will be sent an email if we re-stock this item. Alternatively, please email online@marlownz.com to find out whether there is a waiting list for that item; our team will update you if more stock is on its way.
Please note this only applies for current season collections, and does not apply to sale or outlet items.
I AM MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER OR I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM OR SIZE?
Please email online@marlownz.com and one of our team will resolve this for you.
GIFT CARDS + WRAPPING
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
Yes we do, gift cards can be purchased HERE
Marlow gift cards are an online e-voucher and will be sent to the nominated recipient by email. We have different gift card values to choose from, and the recipient can use this on any item online at www.marlowstore.com. Please note gift cards can only be redeemed on our website.
HOW DO I REDEEM A GIFT CARD?
To make a purchase using a Marlow gift card, select the gift card option to purchase and enter your gift card number to redeem.
If the full value of the card is not used the balance will remain on the card, please ensure if you don't spend your full amount that you keep your gift card number as a record to use the balance.
Please note our gift cards expire after 12months.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?
Yes we do. All orders come in either a reusable cotton calico drawstring bag or a fully compostable poly bag. If you are making a purchase as a gift, we can wrap these in our signature Marlow tissue and seal it with a our Marlow stickers. If you would like to include a personal message, please leave a note at checkout and we will handwrite a note to include with your order on our Marlow cards. To upgrade to our signature gift wrapping for $5.00 please select at checkout.

HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
On desktop: Please click on the account icon at the top right hand corner of our website, select 'create account' and fill in your details.
For mobile: Please click on the menu bar on top left, select 'view my account' and enter your details.
DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER ON MARLOWSTORE.COM?
No, a Marlow account is not required to check out and complete an order. However we do recommend creating your own account to improve your shopping experience and review your order history.
